10 Powerful Self-Hypnosis Steps to Prompt Self-Love, Health, Happiness & Great Writing

Self-love is not found on aisle 3; it can’t be located in frozen foods; it is not hanging in the fanciest designer clothing shops. Self-love is not the result of a manicure or a new hairdo. Self-love is inside you and it only awaits your call to surface. Self-love can hear you calling each time you behave kindly to yourself. Self-love is fed by your caring actions. Your self-love only grows and blossoms when you allow it.

When you love and accept yourself wonderful things occur. You begin to believe in your own abilities. As you believe in your own abilities you become successful. With each small success, you gain the needed confidence to move into bigger and brighter realms.
A wonderful upward spiral occurs when you love and accept yourself. It almost feels like you are being lifted out of negativity and cradled in kindness.   4. Take three or more deep breaths as you feel your body relax deeper and deeper;
  5. Focus on your own qualities and strengths;
  6. Let yourself access helpful memories of your past successes;
  7. Fill your mind with positive intentions as you become mindful of your important goals;
  8. Spend time imagining your success as if it has already occurred;
  9. Take a precious moment to experience genuine gratitude; and,
  10. When you are ready, take one-to-three clearing, refreshing breaths, open your eyes, and return from self-hypnosis alert, clear, and revitalized.
